" August 20th at 4 PM EST" This is a very bad news for me.
That is the national day in my country, and because of the timezones, that is the exact time when the great finale, the fireworks start. Nobody from my country will be around a PC to claim. I have to search for an out-of-country Lj friend who will do this for me. :-(

Sorry to hear that. :( We picked the time because it's what worked last round the best. Hopefully you'll find somebody to claim for you!

If I'm writing a story, could I also submit art for it?

You could. However, you'll have to claim the movie twice - once for fic in the first round of claims, and once for art in the second round.

Can I beg someone to try to create a piece of art to go along with the completely insane fic that I've written for this challenge?

Also, is Jared/Jensen ok? I've only ever written Sam/Dea, but for this, J2 worked a lot better.

Thanks. Mine is pretty short, just like everything else I write, and I'm honestly not sure what kind of reception it will get but hopefully it will be ok :)

If any film is up for grabs, does it have to be on the list of films in the claim post?

Nope! Actually, it can't be on the list of the medium you want to do. For example, Tremors is snagged for fic, so if you wanted to do Tremors for fic, you couldn't. You could, however, do it for audio if you wanted, as nobody's claimed it for that yet.

Hopefully that makes sense.

Yep! Though to make things easier on us mods, we may convert it into its english title (if it's listed on imdb). :)
