Summary: Dean Winchester was just your average Joe working as a mechanic in his hometown of Lawrence, KS when he met Sam Logan and everything changed giving them both the first glimpse of hope that either had had in a while.
Disclaimer: I wrote this story several years ago and I originally had it posted on fanfiction.net but since I pretty much never go on there anymore, I figured I would move it over here to livejournal. This was the first fanfiction story I ever wrote and I am immensely proud of it. I hope you all enjoy reading it, it's my baby. For those of you who have read it or in case you do find it on fanfiction.net later, I want to let you know that I've added and changed a few scenes here and there. The story line is still the same but since I've gotten to be a better writer (I feel like), I went ahead and improved some parts that I felt were lacking or could have used more detail.
