He's learned, too, not to look up from his book, his beer, or his dirty magazines (odd, that they should be in Heaven). Those in charge -- God? Archangels? He doesn't know and doesn't care to find out. -- don't like for the deceased to watch the living, but Bobby can't help it. He has to watch his boys. He has to know they're all right, and as long as they are, as long as he can see they are, he's all right, too.
