Summary: jj1564 finds a summoning spell she can use to call her favorite hunters in an emergency, Told over two drabbles.
Part 1
I watched the creature move slowly towards me; my heart was beating fast, I was breathing so rapidly I was almost hyperventilating. Sweat formed on my brow as I struggled to keep calm.
I checked my phone again - Sam had texted saying they were on their way and I knew Dean would drive Baby as fast as possible.
The brothers burst through the door, guns drawn.
“Where’s the creature?” Dean yelled, ready for action.
I pointed to the ceiling “Right there!”
Both Dean and Sam looked up. “A spider? A fucking spider? That’s your emergency?” Dean grumbled, lowering his gun.
Part 2
“Well, it’s a pretty large spider, Dean.” Sam grinned.
“I’m sorry guys, I’m really scared of them,” I apologized, still with one eye on the spider.
“Jeez, I wish you’d never found the freakin’ summoning spell.” Dean glanced up at the spider and I realized he was scared too.
“Want me to get it?” Sam offered.
“Sure, you can reach it more easily.” Dean shrugged.
Sam stretched out his long arm to pluck the spider from the ceiling, gently cupping it and heading to the window. Passing Dean, he pretended to throw the spider at him.
Dean’s scream was ear-piercing.
