"I need three enchilada specials."
"Damn it, Sam - I'm still working on the plantain chips."
"You're burning them."
"I know Phil. I know."
"I need a fish taco."
"Damn it!"
"Still burning the plantains."
"Hey, Philippe," Dean said while throwing down his towel to the sticky metal floor, "If you didn't want to be a backseat cook then maybe you shouldn't have shown up today."
"Um, one, Noob - it's my food truck. Two - I have to make a living and I'm very well known in and around town for my authentic Central American cuisine that you're currently royally screwing up. I have to make money somehow in this economy outside of back lot, no pay hunting."
"Hey, nobody told you to go and get yourself possessed!"
"Like I had a choice!"
“Tattoo. You’ve gotta get a -“
"I need another taco."
"Damn it!"
"You're going to burn down my truck! Don't make me smack you with my bum leg, Winchester!"
