Lol, I can so imagine grumpy Dean sitting in the ER <3 Loved it!

(and I still lol at that scene where he wakes up all groggy and falls off the bed and stares at the leg and the cast as if to say " huh, how did that happen?" :P)

That was a brilliant scene - I still reckon we were cheated with that hospital gown with it's stitched up back though ...
