If Sam hadn't already guessed he was dreaming, the white taffeta wedding dress would have been the giveaway.
"Here comes the bride," sang Lucifer, obnoxiously out of key.
Sam scowled and tried, in vain, to wake up. On the plus side, he was now in a morning suit.
"Okay," sneered Lucifer, "but you're still dressed like a groom. 'Till death do us part,' and all that."
It was Sam's turn to grin. "As I recall, we already took care of that..."
Finally waking, he decided that the resulting feeling of smug satisfaction was a great way to start the day.
