Prompt: 12 Days of Christmas Challenge: Tenth Day, fic recommendations
What to recommend? My mind went ominously blank, but this was the first thing that came to me, and that I want to read again:
- What Has Eight Tentacles and Isn't Allowed to Eat Pie? by Scaramouche - it's not seasonal, but Dean does get turned into an octopus and falls in love with Castiel, so there’s that.
And in the spirit of shameless self-promotion, here are the longer Christmas-set fics I've written:
- Deck the Halls (of the Bunker) - Sam's decision to deck the halls of the bunker, with decorations he'd found in a sub-basement storeroom, leads to some unusual and unlikely consequences - not least Dean's sudden agreement to host Crowley's reception of weird and decidedly not wonderful guests.
- Crowley's Christmas - It started, as these things so often do, with just a little bit too much to drink... and a wishing amulet.
- All Tied up with a Neat Little Bow - Sam is laid up over Christmas with a sprained ankle after an embarrassing accident, so Dean gives him a snow globe to keep him amused. Life will never be the same for them again
