“They cannot make offspring together.”
“I’m aware. Is there a point to this conversation?”
“I overheard you and Sam arguing over who would tell me about the birds and the bees. So, I thought I’d save you the trouble.”
“That’s not. It’s. It’s a saying, Jack. The birds and the bees aren’t actually the birds and bees.”
“They’re not?”
“In the phrase, Jack. It’s a…a metaphor.”
“A metaphor for what?”
“Sex. Heterosexual sex. Making babies.”
“I don’t want to make babies.”
“Yeah. You probably shouldn’t.”
