Sam loved the Letters' library.
Every day he wandered through it, inhaling deeply of the comforting scent of a thousand books; the musty fragrance of leather and parchment soothing his soul.
Holding an ancient text, 'The Secrets of Astronomical Divination', he ran a thumb lightly down its faded oxhide spine. Leafing carefully through the pages, he scanned the words and diagrams with rapt attention.
It was several minutes before he noticed Dean sitting behind him, studying his own reading material.
"Dean?" Sam spluttered, "what are you doing here?"
Dean grinned, closing his magazine.
"You stick to your heavenly bodies, Florence, and I'll stick to mine!"
