“Niggle’s Parrish!” announced the conductor. “Next stop is Niggle’s Parrish.”
“Oh, come now, the ride is soothing and calms folk.”
“Oh, I suppose. Well, the tree is still here. What’s that?”
“Ellen’s Roadhouse. Not everyone wants to go on to the Far Mountains, you know. There’s good food and interesting tales here.”
“Who is Ellen?”
“Mm - an American, I believe, something of a mother figure to the Hunters.”
“Oh. Hunters.”
“They do come here, you know.”
“I know. Why is there a salvage yard next to it?”
“I’m not sure. Makes things interesting.”
