"I want a double stack of pancakes with blueberry syrup, oh, and whipped cream, and one of those gooey cinnamon rolls, and hot chocolate extra sweet, and maple flavored sausage. Oh, and we're going to need more sugar."

As the waitress gave him a look but took it all down, Sam snorted and stirred no calorie sweetner--the pink stuff--into his coffee, then ordered, "Whole wheat toast, no butter, and grapefruit, please." She seemed relieved that his order was normal and headed to the kitchen.

"That is boring, completely dull and won't give you any energy."

"I'll get yours second hand. If you weren't you, you'd be stroking out by the end of the day."

Gabriel grinned and poured six packets of sugar into his coffee and one into his orange juice. Then a second. "I like sweet stuff."

"Tricksters like sweet stuff. You just like bouncing off the walls."

Waggling his eyes, the archangel leered and responded with, "I can bounce on you all day instead."

Sam turned bright red and gulped his coffee. "Don't think I have your stamina."

"Well not with that nothing breakfast," Gabriel scoffed as the waitress plunked down dry toast and a half shriveled grapefruit half in front of his companion, then started Gabriel off with his cinnamon roll and sausage. Cutting a large piece of roll, he held the fork out to Sam. "Try this. A little sugar won't kill you and, hey, if it does, I can always bring you back."

Pursing his lips and narrowing his eyes Sam shook his head and tried to avoid the fork, but then an invisible force pushed his head forward and pried open his mouth and cinnamon goodness was melting on his tongue. He glowered and yanked back, but swallowed. It was good.

"Plus, when I kiss you, I don't want you tasting sour."

Sam gurgled and Gabriel added more sugar to his coffee, a big smirk on his face.
