Sam and Dean hurt fic,stranded, told from point of view of person they rescued

I am looking a fic in which Sam and Dean are finished a hunt but one ,i think its dean, is seriously hurt. They end up hiding out in a cabin with the person they saved. The victim thinks that Sam and Dean are fbi partners or such, but from watching them interact she soon realises they are brothers. At one point the brother who is injured thinks that the other one is dead a freaks out. (Im nearly sure it is dean who is hurt)
