Sam is an Alpha, Dean is an Omega. He's never been interested in his brother, because being brothers and growing up together, Dean's body has adjusted to him so it doesn't release pheromones to attract the Alpha in Sam.

Except after Dean came back from hell, his body chemistry was reset and kinda screwed up, so now whenever Sam is near Dean, instead of his brother and semi-parents, Sam is smelling a potential mate. Which is a particular bad thing to happen when an Alpha and an Omega share a room together.

So after a month or two of constant temptation, Dean goes into heat for the first time since he came back to life. And Sam can no longer control himself.
Dean tries to stop him without hurting him, and has no idea why Sam is suddenly coming after him. And all Sam can think of is that he's going to mate Dean before anyone else can get to him.

Established relationship. During a hunt, a witch casts a spell that turns one of the boys into a big dog (Great Dane, Mastiff, whatever) from midnight till dawn. Writer's choice which brother gets the spell whammy. The spellbound brother has a hard time controlling his animal instincts when in canine form and pesters the other by sniffing and nosing at his ass and groin and trying to hump him. The brother not under the spell can hardly get any sleep because of the other's constant horniness, and he is kind of turned on by the idea of getting fucked by the other in dog form.

Writer can decide how dub-conny to make this. Any kinks but scat or schmoop please. Bonus points if the non-dog brother goes from very reluctant to complete knot slut.

So I've seen a few requests on story finders for any MPreg fics where Soulless Sam got knocked up, and it got me thinking about a reason why Soulless would have that happen and keep the baby.

So:

Dean is flighty about the whole soulless thing now that he knows. Despite their difference, Sam knows that Dean enhances his hunting skills. Dean is the second best hunter in the world, after all. (Second to Sam himself, naturally)

To keep Dean from leaving, Sam makes sure that they're both dosed with sex pollen or cursed to fuck or die or whatever. He just makes sure he's at his fertile peek when it happens.

Dean might think about getting rid of his 'true brother's' soulless body, but he'd never leave his baby behind. He's got way too much guilt and attachment to his 'family' to do that.

Needless to say, Re-Souled Sam is very confused about the five month baby bump he is rocking.

Happy, wincestuous ending please. Maybe the boys give up hunting because of Sam's wall and settle down to a 'low stress' life of bills, babies and snoopy

Instead of letting an angel in to 'fix' Sam, Dean ties their life forces together. Being soulmates allows his body to keep Sam's going even after the damage the trials did.

Dean doesn't tell Sam about it, but constant soul contact tends to translate into physical reaction. Dean can now feel when Sam is feeling pissed at him, and the warm rush of gooey, tingles when Sam feels affectionate towards his brother.

And Dean isn't going to think about how good his own soul feels rubbing up against Sam's constantly. It gives him wicked boners and makes him want to do very naughty things with his brother.

Top/Bottom dynamics are up to author. Just no mean, hate sex or 'punishment' sex.

OP: I'm pretty open on kinks except for BDSM, orgasm denial or scat/water sports. And I'd prefer no Amelia pining/love being expressed from Sam.
