Hmm.
The story: I ordered a case (4 bags) of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Mix. It's shipped inside an add'l box from Amazon.com. Inside the Amazon box, all was normal...but inside the Bob's Red Mill box, three of the bags of flour-mix were damaged, and flour had leaked all over within the Bob's Red Mill box (and is now spread all over my kitchen, joy).
I called the company, they're shipping me replacements, the guy was very nice about it.
Now comes the question: Do I toss the bags with the holes? Two of them have little tiny holes, and one has a big hole. I happen to know that Bob's Red Mill processes their gluten-free products in a dedicated facility, so I don't risk getting "glutened" by using the products (well assuming someone didn't contaminate them on purpose, setting aside the idea of intestinal terrorism :P ).
...to my mind, I think I'd keep the two with the little holes, check them carefully when I dump them out to be sure there's no bugs or anything, and toss the bag with the big hole...but am I missing anything?
What do you think?
