Mayhem Alert!
Just picked up Mum and Nanna from the airport. On the way home, we got stuck behind a car with a "Jesus is the answer" bumper sticker. Mum, Dad and I made jokes about it for a good 5-10 minutes and then Nanna said "oh look, that car says Jesus is the answer"! Mum, in the back seat with me, reached over and patted my hand and said "this is going to be all the time now".
Mum's evil sister says that Nanna has really bad dementia, but we think that if she has it at all then it's only mild. The more likely story is that the hearing aides aforementioned evil sister procured for her, the cheapest hearing aides government money could buy which are not even properly adjusted for her, are the cause of a lot of confusion. We're going to the doctor this week to check out her hearing and get her prescriptions and all that stuff sorted out.
