I am now down from one crutch to a walking stick. And up to a 2kg handweight and 2(?) kg leg cuff (heavier, anyway).
The walking stick has a nice ergonomic handle, unlike my regular ones, and a bigger knob at the bottom. The bigger knob is definitely a good thing. As is being able to get a good firm grip.

In other news, if I had any kind of plan it would involve going out, just for the hell of it because I'm feeling reasonably chirpy and don't have a scary to-do list looming over me. (Why, yes. I did get everything as done as it can be/needs to be for now. Nice feeling.)
I might have to settle for buying milk and maybe a little treat from the local two-dollar shop.
Which I guess is a kind of plan.
