I watched the DVR a bit, did not expect it (I've been cuddling with my little Skitter all day, she's helping a lot right now). At least little Peter will have lots of feline family up in kitty heaven. (We've lost so many cats and kittens on the farm that we like to think they found the forever sunny summer fields filled with mice and other fun things to chase.)
I haven't read the poem, I'll look it up now. (I'm actually still reeling a bit and I watched the DVR... I'm being hit with memories of losing my other kitten, my tendy, who was practically my familiar.)
So, so sad. It's amazing that in all the time he's been fostering, he's never lost a kitten before. I had to turn it off, cause I can't watch his siblings alone in the box - worrying about when the mom cat will be back..
I watched the DVR and I'm barely holding it together. I was so looking forward to seeing Peter's zoomies when his eyes finally opened. He'll have Honey for company now.
Where is the Perfect Pals link? Is it the one in NJ? I don't have much to donate, but would like donate at least a little. I'm so sorry to hear of this happening.

John couldn't stop crying...and I don't know how *I* managed not to.

It just didn't hit me, until John broke the news.
