Thusday
Thursday I stayed home from school because I had court, hell yeah? Anyways, we got there at 9:30 and didn't end up getting out of there until 3:30, it was ridiculous. There were atleast 5 recesses and a lunch break, it was stupid. Anyways, I had to get up infront of everyone and tell my story, which was kind of hard remembering everything, besides being manipulated by the dick heads state appointed attourney, what an asshole. Anyway, my story, Kim's story and Gary's story, were almost identical besides a few details and the witness lady that saw it all happen, her story was almost all the same too. Then the assholes cousin got up there and said that I went after his cousin, which is complete crap, and that I was 'reving up my engine', yeah, becuase I drove an automatic then. And then Mr. Amish guy got up there and bullshitted too - and then ... there was a lunch break. The judge called me back in his 'Chambers' and wanted to get more into detail, I told him how it went, he was like , alright. Anyways, after lunch he made his ruling. He sentenced the guy to .. 90 days minus 2 days for already being served, 5 years probation, no contact orders, and 2 months in an anger managment class. I was hoping he would get more, but he didnt. Anyways, we left court and I stopped by my grandma's house. I went back to my house and kim met me there. We drove to MBP for the show. It had to be the best show ever at MBP becuase all the bands were good. The best were Downtown, Anadivine, As Tall As Lions and Southern Paws - I'm mean, considering there was only one other band, but I cant deal with much screaming crap anymore. After the show was over we went back to my house until it was time for kim to come home. I went to bed early that night. I was tired

Friday was filled with..rain. Kim and I didn't really do anything all day, we were suppose to go to the fair but it started pouring. Ended up being that 37 tornados were around the MD, DC, VA area, scary huh. Yeah, anyways, we sat around Kims house, ate, and I played retard and it was cool. I broke out becuase of kims cats :(. We drove to my house at 8 and stayed there until I drove her home it was pouring so bad. I stayed there until it let up a bit, then I drove home.
