my holidays were simply fabulous. christmas was very amazing. shane got me the bestest christmas present ever. a KITTEN!! and not just any kitten but an ORANGE one!!! needless to say i named it puss in boots even though she's a girl. she's sitting in my lap right now and she's the most adorable thing on earth. she's so tiny!!! she's not even eight weeks yet because shane bought her from some orange cat breeder lady and he begged her to let him take her home early cause the whole point was to give her to me on xmas...so hopefully puss won't have any mental problems because she was taken away from her momma too early!! i'm glad he got me a girl because boy cats are weird and spray and stuff. puss is a genius and she already knows how to use the litter box and she already follows me around everywhere. and she has the cutest little white booties!!!
ANYWAYS yeah christmas was great. on christmas eve i spent the night at shane's and after dinner i forced him and his parents to play disney scene it with me. because i am the master at that game. and i am very lame. then of course the next day was christmas. shane's house always looks so awesome for christmas because his momma hires a decorator person to decorate the house and they have like a two story christmas tree in the big room. so we were supposed to wait until his family got there to open presents but shane let me open my kitten!! i knew immediately it was a kitten because she was in a box with a billion holes poked in it. i found out that they had been hiding her in shane's parents room for three days so i wouldn't find her, haha. but yeah i was very very happy!! she's so cute to watch. she like hops around and she likes to fight with herself in the mirror. we were scared of what shane's dog would think of her but the dog is afraid of the cat!! she hissed at the dog and the dog ran away!! and she's like smaller than my hand!
so at about eleven shane's family started arriving and i helped set up the big dining room table cause i'm just helpful like that. and i also wanted to avoid awkward conversations with his relatives. i do really like all of his family though they are awesome. after lunch we all went to the big room and opened presents and all of his relatives got me something. it was weird though cause i don't even know like half of their names. and i felt bad cause i didn't get them anything...i did get mr. radley some spiderman stuff cause he's the man. or boy.
unfortunately after that we had to go hang out with my family. my family is so boring especially compared to shane's. shane's family are always getting drunk and having fun and shit and mine is always pestering me and talking about boring crap. ewww. so that wasn't very exciting.
a couple days after christmas i had to go to tampa with the fam to pick out bridesmaid dresses for my cousin's wedding. i forced shane to go and drive because his escalade can fit more people in it. traffic was horrible and it took like two hours to get to the bridal place. so my cousin said that all the bridesmaids could pick out any dress they wanted as long as it came it this purple color she wants. so i tried on like 244343 dresses that were all pretty and it was so hard to decide on one!! so i finally decided on a really pretty strapless one that happened to be the most expensive and i was all excited about the dress and then the bridal shop owner told us that it didn't come in purple or something. ughhhhh!!!! but my second choice was still pretty so whatever. after we picked out our bridesmaid dresses i had to go try on wedding dresses for fun because they had like 23212 pretty ones. i think i was scaring shane a little bit because we haven't even started to talk about wedding dates or plans or anything! i think i was scaring mom too. haha.
afterward we went to some international mall there. it's sorta like millenia. we all split up and shane took me after christmas shopping!! woo hoo!! he was feeling extra generous so he bought me a coach purse and like a billion things at hollister. oh and he got me these hot black boots at neiman marcus that i wore on new years!!
okay so new years was great. we went with a bunch of people to miami. i don't have much to say about new years eve except for that my ears are still ringing. yepp!
