Background Information
A new fate is about to befall mankind. Evolution is ongoing and it is time for humanity to split into two groups; humans and Psychiccers. Ultimately, this divide will cause a war - it is inevitable. Humans develop fear for Psychics and their supernatural abilities and Psychiccers need to defend themselves. Conflict is unavoidable. Human armed forces are told to remove any known Psychics on sight - gender, race, age are all irrelevant.
Emilio, a Psychiccer born in Russia, has the ability over the element of light. This was not looked well upon by his parents. His mother believed him to be a tainted creature and attempted to kill him as a manner of cleansing him. His power breaking free against his will spared his life, however most likely not the life of his mother. At that stage in his life his powers were unstable and considered extremely dangerous. He was apprehended and taken to a human laboratory for testing. This did not last for long however as Emilio, like many other Psychics hear a voice speak over Psychic waves to him. The voice belonged to Keith Evans; the leader of the Psychic resistance group called Noa and a Grandmaster Psychic of ice, supported (rather, quietly manipulated) by Richard Wong. Keith, fuelled by his hatred of humans, wanted to form a world for safe for Psychiccers, preferably free of humans too.
While in the care of Noa, Emilio met and befriended a wind Psychiccer called Wendy Rian who was in search of her sister, Chris. The two became good friends, Wendy being a solid, protective pillar for him to look up to while his emotional state was a little worse for wear. During the time spent with Noa, they made contact with a second Grandmaster Psychic, Keith’s best friend and rival Burn Griffith who convinced Wendy and Emilio to leave before they got caught up in a real war. Burn’s vision was, and remains, drastically different to Keith’s. With Wendy and Emilio out of Noa headquarters, the site was destroyed as a result of Burn and Keith’s battling. Noa was destroyed.
Thus, Emilio and Wendy’s attachment to Noa was severed and they adopted a neutral standing point. However, matters were not destined to remain tranquil.
Two years later, and the war between humans and Psychiccers still exists. Noa had been rebuilt as Neo-Noa, under Keith’s total leadership while Wong has taken it upon himself to recruit Psychics for Army. Army is no biased toward Psychics or humans - their objective is to remove any who stand in their path. Emilio had been adopted into this group, apparently brainwashed by Wong and working alongside two other Psychiccers; Gudeath and Setsuna. As a result of Wong’s handiwork, Emilio has developed a dual personality - the innocent, caring young boy and a far more sadistic, psychotic and bloodthirsty version. Wong claims that this is not a result of brainwashing, but simply an awakening of Emilio’s true inner self. This concept has thrown the boy into a state of mental and emotional turmoil with himself. His powers, already barely under control, while in the dark-mind set are quite formidable.
At this point, his alliance and loyalties are unknown.
