After watching the news...
too many thoughts and too little thought process, and energy to make it all work.
It seems to me that this lovely president of ours has very many important issues on hand at any given time. With trying to find Bin Laden, and taking credit for the capture of Saddam Hussain, while at the same time taking care of those important issues back home, like...say spam email illegalization, and the efforts to make snowmobiling in yellowstone national park legal, all while having to make sure that enough republicans still like him so he can get another term..(or his daddy'll be pissed). This just seems so rediculous to me. First Georgey decides that it would be a good idea to stop telemarketing, (because im sure lots of people call him during dinner) in the middle of a fuckin war. I mean, where is this guys fuckin priorities? No telemarketing, and no spam emails... too bad every other country is laughing at us and our fuckin economy sucks. Further more you went on record saying that Saddam should recieve capital punishment (big suprise there you two bit texan), of course that's also coming from someone who feels the same way about gays and lesbians...so you can't really trust his opinion on the death penelty. That is an issue i feel should be touched upon soon.
To anyone who pays attention when i talk politics, i can be paraphrased as saying "we need a somewhat liberal, but democratic person in the white house" And it looks like Howard Dean could be it. This man seems too good to be true. I have not looked at his entire website (www.deanforamerica.com) but i looked at what i weighed to be fairly important issues...get this...this guy is running at about 39% in the polls as of a little while ago...(which is huge, in case you dont know)..and he A) Supports same sex unions, with "same basic rights as married couples have" B)wants to abolish the "dont ask, dont tell rule" and C)He used to be a family doctor and is very "pro choice" Further more, like me, he feels that the capture of saddamm hussain is no real victory for anyone. It just means he really won't come back this time, but honestly, was he in power? no, was he telling anyone what to do? no, he was begging for us to find him, so he could stop living in a hole, and get 3 square meals a day, (untill the iraqis get a hold of him). He knew he was either going to starve to death or be killed by some psycho marine, so he gave up. Just because we got rid of the drug dealer, the junkies aren't going to disapear. The guy has not been in power for a few months now, and the "war" is "over" yet there is still shooting on a daily basis...so nothing was really solved by captureing him. It gives the iraqis without guns better peice of mind. Good.
Alright, well...just one last thing, I am not sure how many of you read this, but make sure that if you do, and you are of age, educate yourself, and vote when you can, so that we dont end up with ANOTHER greedy, self centered, rich, psuedo texan, money hungry, economy killing, dickweed for president.
