So, I've made the decision to embrace my foodieness as a career and become a chef. I'm trolling around looking at my options for cooking school at the moment, with Dublin Institute of Technology (because it is in Ireland and has a four year BA) Cambridge Culinary Institute (because it is in Boston and only takes a year) and New England Culinary Institue (because it's well respected and... well.. Alton went there.)
I'm telling you in advance though, my ambition is to be the non-pastry version of her:
