thanks! :) i'll take that as a compliment. i think that you can tell a lot about someone's values and beliefs by looking at their desires and what they (and who they do) sexually.

What if someone is simply not big on sex? What does it say of their values?

i think that it's not quantity inasmuch as the potentiality, the desire.

My sexual desires are not that strong though, is what I meant.

If sex is about physical satisfaction and letting go to a state of ecstasy, then I'm much rather receive a massage, eat salmon roe, or listen to breathtaking or mindblowing music for example. Maybe I somehow took a branch away from sex?

So what does that mean about my "values and beliefs", is what I mean to ask you. I'm trying to understand.

it's hard to explain.. basically, i think a person's 'truer' nature comes out when they're in the sac, ya? like if they're *really* aggressive, or passive, or gentle, or playful. we wear masks in our day-to-day lives... its like my girlfriend who lives up to teh classic adage: 'butch on the street, femme in the sheets'...

having not slept with you, i feel that there's a part of you, a closeness, that others may have...

Oh I see what you mean. It's like a more inner part of the person that comes out moar in intimate sexual contexts. Letting go of a more primitive side of the self?

I think my barrier is that I'm not attracted to most people. I have trouble letting go this way physically. I can open up intellectually much easier.
