So.. I broke my nose today.. that shit hurts like bloody fuckin hell. I was helping my brother move an armoire, and we were going throught the yard so we could put it in thetruck.. he stepped over a sofa section and didnt tell me it was there.. so I tripped on it.. and the armoire landed on the back of the sofa.. while I went knees first tot he ground and my face hit the top of the armoire to where my nose got pushed up all the way and flattened on my face so that the armoire then slammed into my teeth.
Lots of blood ensued... followed then by my mother flying out of the house with all sorts of towels and ice and godness. initially, I didnt let her take me to the doc.. but a half hour later the bridge of my nose was relaly hurting.. so off to the doc we went.
now.. ordinarily, i subscribe to the natural remedy method for pain relief etc.. but the doc said he would give me the lowest lortab dose possible. I told him Ill still react.. cause i react ridiculously to manufactured drugs.. he said I'd be fine. Sure enough.. I'm a god damned space cadet.
he did say though that its a clean fracture.. so he didnt have to pack my nose and set it.. thank goodness. I'm just not allowed to touch my nose for awhile.
