are you going to attempt to organise A Thing or summat? anyway. am in london all week, yes. busy saturday and maybe friday but otherwise- gin?

A Thing is probably a good idea. I kind of don't want to make any big plans until I'm clear on what my work obligations will be... on the other hand, it's likely that I'll have some evenings off!

I'm definitely free on Monday from the afternoon onwards, they can't chain me to a desk until Tuesday 10am at the earliest! If you had a good idea for a centrallish gin-joint to meet up at on Monday that could certainly happen, and I could propose it more widely? It would be really nice to see you!

oh hang on, monday is tomorrow right? i have a date with slates, (well, kind of) though i think that may finish about 5-ish...

argh, opinion time. i am a bit north-london centric these days. ummm... i will go to the pub and ask people what they think about it.

my busy evenings this week are sparse anyway for a change!

Yeah, that sounds good! Though I can barely remember where London Bridge is after years in the Canadian outback. I am going to be Wandsworth-based. It's probably possible to get from Wandsworth to London Bridge and back again, right?

I'm happy to just say I'll be there at a time convenient to you and Mr Slater, announce it to the world via LJ and Facebook, head off to the airport (in only a couple of hours now) and see what happens! And beyond Monday there's a whole rest of the week of possibilities too, though obviously that's all much too far in the future to deal with right now.

Boo, the best I can find in my inboxen are references to you losing your phone at some point. My number is 07779 950416 though! Gin must be had... at some point.
