Hello, Spledor-bros! I'm Hanky and I'm bringing in Kaede Kaburagi from that brotastic animu, Tiger & Bunny. She is Kotetsu's ten year-old daughter, who also happens to be this superhuman kid with the power to copy abilities of other superhumans. I'm not sure if this only applies to her world's superhumans or what... but she copies powers through touch...
So think Rouge from X-Men, but she won't steal yo' memories or make you black out. BLUH. Luckily, she'll be using her seal to talk and such. But if you end up having to do some action spam/tag with her--Just don't give her head pats or anything. sdlkfjaoweiu
She's also coming from post-episode 22 and currently has .... /squints... ice powers. iirc.. /BLEEDS
