Greetings, citizens of Splendor! Sadly, I lack a vocal coach for the requisite evil laughter.
I am Jenny, mun of Prince Siegfried from Princess Tutu, bringing in Dr. Horrible from Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. He is a proud villain, of the mad scientist variety. He's also a really sweet, but awkward, guy who just wants the world to be a better place.
And to him, there is no conflict of interests here. All he needs to do to fix the world is rule it! He'll be treating the seal like his blog, and (if I can sort out lyrics), he may even burst out into song from time to time. He's very spaztic, and I'm hoping he'll be lots of fun~
