Chrissy here. (Mun of cheersup/bearpiles). Been slacking off activity but I'M WORKING ON IT I PROMISE.
3rd character time: This pretty fine look dude is Kazuki Shiranui from the otome game series, Starry☆Sky. Specifically from the Winter game.
Kazuki is the President of the Student Council at an all boys (and one girl/recent co-ed) astrology-based high school. Outgoing guy who is good at talking and giving inspiring/passionate advice and speeches, but can be a jerk with a heart of gold most of the time. If he verbal smacks you, it's for a good cause. Also, he can read the future. Yup.
His stringedpinky and wingphones also make up the council so you might see him around them.
EDIT: Also, holding off his intro for him until Keru (Tsubasa's mun) gets back from a con so we can give Splendor a triple intro of all three guys. Expect that in the middle of the week (Tuesday/Wednesday)
