oh I should probably say something about who Rise is! She's a teen idol who's about to make her big re-debut after a long hiatus, except not anymore. She has the power of Persona, which enables her to scan and analyze your status/abilities/powers/etc. She can also find your location. I guess that makes her like a GPS? /idk
