[Outside the city hall, a small, dark-skinned woman descends the front steps. She’s dressed in a black leotard that leaves her back and arms bare. High black stockings hit her mid-thigh, and armor covers one forearm, as well as the opposite foot and shin. She’s covered in dust and scrapes, and with her careful movements, looks rather worse for wear.]
[Were she in better shape, she’d immediately start reconnaissance in order to gather information about the place to which she’d been taken. She ignores the way people looked through her, simply assuming that they didn’t have enough spiritual energy to view a shinigami.]
[She slips to one side of the steps; not quite hidden, but no longer in full view of anyone approaching. The badge rests in her palm, and she examines it with a small frown before she speaks in a wry, tired murmur.]
