A Spooky Change
[All it takes is a second.
You're walking along, and suddenly you feel the need to stop. Maybe you take a second to check if your shoe is untied, or to admire yourself in a nearby window; or perhaps you just want to take a moment to close your eyes and relax.
But the second you open your eyes, the second you look back up, something is different.
Well, not something. Everything is different.
You're still in the same city, don't fret, but there are now decorations everywhere. But it's not just the placements of pumpkins or toy bats; even some trees and buildings seem to have changed color, or even shape. If one walks around, they may find the lines between districts to be a little difficult to tell, as this change has affected everywhere.
Watch out; Splendor has changed itself to fit the current Holiday, and nothing in the city has escaped this change.

((If you're curious, numerous Halloween/costume shops have popped up all over the Metropolis District as well! Hurry up and get those costumes for the ball!
By the way, any costumes that would possibly break the fourth wall for someone are not going to be found in the shops. For instance, if we had a Batman, there wouldn't be Batman costumes in the shops. All 'theme' costumes will be obscure so as to better serve the characters that people would traditionally dress up as!))
