I'm sure he's going to hear this, miss. If I'm hearing you, I know he can. My name is Sakura Haruno, and I met him when we both were new to this place called Splendor. Where are you? Are you still by the City Hall?

[Drops the seal in surprise when Sakura talks out of it. Whoops. Stoops down to pick it up immediately.]

[A small squeak is heard and the sound of her dropping her seal again is also heard. There's a moment of silence before Kyoko starts speaking again.]

Hello? Haruno-san? Are you- are you there as well?

Sasagawa-san? Are you all right?

[ a pause before deciding she can answer the question she thinks is being asked. ]

I'm living in a different district, and no, I'm not in the Alpine District right now. Has your brother managed to contact you yet?

[ sending new folks straight to the alps seemed a little... rough ]

Ah- Kyoko is just fine. And yes! My big brother just startled me on this, um...communicator. Thank you so much for your help!

I'm glad to hear that, and you're welcome. I'm sure he'll be heading over to find you right now.

[ of course Sakura has... no idea how fast that will or won't be, but it's the thought behind stating the sentiment behind her perceived reality that (convolutedly) mattered, right? ]

[She pauses a second, wondering if she should save a question she has for Ryohei or not. After a moment, she decides it can wait. Her big brother was coming to find her; she'd get her answer with him.]

[ it was a polite thing to say; more to the point, she's glad someone important to him has shown up. it helps -- even if it's also a bit worrying, depending on the person. ]
