[Splendor, today is a sad, sad day. Why? Francis, the Nation of Looove, and too French to function, has under no pretense beyond boredom and an ego the size of Texas, decided that today be the day he test the boundaries of Splendor’s wish granting capabilities.

So, what does he wish for that makes this such a mournful day?

Everyone that comes ( Read more... )

[ America is sitting at some little outdoor cafe of some sort, feet propped up on the little round table as he nibbles food of some kind. He watches France casually stroll past and blinks a few times before yelling out. ]

Yo, Francis! Is that you, man--!?

[He had indeed been taking his stroll past the cafe when suddenly a wild America makes himself known! It's a surprise though so he's more deer in headlights than seductive~

Francis did his best to calm his galloping pulse, forcing a smile on as he walked on over to America's table]

One in the same, Amerique. I see you look well-- [fed] -- taken care of. How are you?

HAHAHHAA. Dude! Dude! When the hell did an old guy like you end up here?

[ He's, well, not really showing any signs of anything. Just your typical, obnoxious ball of America. He crams the rest of his sandwich in his mouth, sputtering out something incoherent as he speaks rapidly, then finally swallows. ]

--And man, it bites, but at least we're not members of the undead army or something. Ha ha ha!

[ On to another subject. ]

Dude, France--! You look so.. seem so...

[ Eyeballing you and trying to find a word--- ]

It's good to see that you have not changed one iota, my enthusiastic copain.

[Loud, obtrusive, two seconds from getting a lungful of food product. Ah, America. He's mentioning zombies again, isn't he? What's with the fetish, America. What is with the fetish? He wants to say all of this but manages to play mum, instead raising a brow in question at the trailing off.]

Let me guess? French? [flat]

[ America is raking his brain, snapping his fingers, apparently in deep contemplation. He's not sure if that's the right word to use, but he eagerly jumps all over it like a fat kid on cake. ]

Hahahah! Yeah, yeah!

[ POINTING.... ]

Really, really French!
I'm really happy to see you here though!

[It's actually pretty amusing to see America try to contemplate; Francis almost swearing to himself that he can hear the rusty cogs trying to work. Still, he finds the emphasis worthy of questioning, so uninvited he takes a seat in the chair next to America, looking sidelong at him]

What do you mean, 'really' French?
[YOU THINKING OF BEING SWEPT OFF YOUR TEENAGED DREAM FEET? FRANCE REMEMBERS. AWWW YEAH.]

Did you miss me much? [cheeky]

[ At that question, his enthusiasm kind of dies down.. but only for a moment. ]

Uh.
I don't know. Just French. Okay, maybe if you had one of those ugly-ass, thin, curly moustaches and a stripey shirt with one of those flat hats it'd be better but....
H E Y!

[ we're changing subjects again! He gives a sturdy hit on France's shoulder, laughing. ]

It is great to see you! I'm excited!

[ America is the best at conversation clearly with subject hopping, vague remarks and re-emphasis. ]

I missed it enough!

Oh that is atrocious! I would never have facial hair like thAH!

[brb, he's wincing because America is a damned brute! He can deal. He's a MAN and not even gonna shed a dramatic tear though he is inwardly anguishing in a corner. Tamaki's father and all.]

What would you do without me, hm?
I will take that as a compliment from your reserved ways.

[Ha...]
