[ Obviously many of them possess many different characteristics, but she's referring to her encounter with Snowstorm. Allow her to clarify that. ] At least, one of them I tried to talk to seemed different. She felt unapproachable. Every time I tried to get close, the temperature around me grew colder and colder.
[ For those who are out and about today, you may find Rika at the Metropolis District. The little girl may be standing around, observing those around her, and maybe trying to encounter that certain Local again. Or she may be trying to occupy herself with grocery shopping. ]
