Hello! Hello, Splendor.

I have a brilliant idea, you see, what this city is lacking is, well, besides television (am I right?), a proper lab.

A place to learn things, and take kids on little tours, maybe a fusion reactor or two. Most importantly, a place where we can do tests.

Yes, testing is the most important part of any laboratory, thing, because it represents progress! Progression... toward... more... better tests! Other tests. Far too advanced or complex for us to fathom right now.

But that's not the important part! The important part is test subjects! Any lab needs a healthy supply of volunteers who want to help us advance the world of science. And who doesn't want that, (am I right again?) absolutely!

I'd like to formally announce that Wheatley Laboratories will soon be open to investors and test volunteers alike. Ah, I guess you're an investor either way, so. Just investors. In general. Investing... in science?
