[The bad doctor sounds as if he's focusing intently, but not on the conversation. His gaze wanders distractedly back into the darkened room, emphasizing the quizzical twitches of his frown, but eventually, his attention snaps back to the screen.]
Anyone know where I can get some Wonderflonium? I've managed to get most of the stuff I need for-

...Something... important. But it's on a need to know basis. And most of you... don't. Yeah.

And no, I'm not going to wish for it. If I just... wished for it, it wouldn't count. Villainy is about effort. No one would respect you if you took over a city just by wishing for it.
