[Oh look. It's Milly by her window, looking like a dramatic Victorian era heroine. Except you know, her ankles are showing. But she smiles, rather wistfully, and for once, she's not talking a mile a minute, and actually looks sad. Something is obviously up. Milly should be exuberant! Perky! And yet... that is not the case. Look at her. If the lounging about in a depressing manner didn't set off suspicion, well...]
Well, everyone, today I turn twenty. Don't I look good for it~? I WAS expecting quite a bit out of today, but well. I didn't plan anything marvelous, even though I could make it happen. Oh well, it's not meant to be! Maybe my twenty-first will go much better~ Still, happy birthday to me!
[Regardless of such cheery optimism, she is still saddened by the fact she doesn't get to welcome her second decade like she wanted. And she thinks she turns off the seal, smiling, but she doesn't, and you can see her curled back up in that window seat, staring out the window.]
...I wish someone would celebrate today with me.
