These tend to have a mind of their own. One can direct their recipients via filters, but they have the habit of turning themselves on.

I believe wooden keys indicate one of the Cabins in the Alpine District. You'll be looking for an upward path, but it is usually snowy -- even when the rest of the city is not -- so please be careful.
