You last spoke of an ability for this city to alter itself...And, since the moon itself is affected in this way, I can only assume the same could be said for the entire planet. Do you know the mechanisms that bring these changes on?

Such examples are an entire district that appeared where there was none before, and then vanished after a certain period of time.

Truthfully we have no information about what lies beyond the city and its immediate surrounding geography. It prevents us from going past a certain point.

Where answers could very well lie...[hmm.] How unusual. I am aware of a strange...pressure that prevented me from passing beyond this planet's atmosphere, yet am unable to find the source. Only...my ring loses its strength the further I am to go, until I am stopped altogether.

I have never come across a power or technology with that capacity before.

Ah, yes...The ring. It is how I am able to fly from planet to planet. Something here has been siphoning its power, but only as I drift further and further from this city. It no doubt coincides with the boundaries you mentioned before.

It is an affect my ring is capable of doing in the presence of others from different parts of the emotional spectrum, but the tables have never been turned in this way until now.
