If I might have your attentions, please.

For everyone's convenience, I've completed a guide which will hopefully summarize all key and important facts relating to the wishing system in the city. Included are all the results attained through the various tests I've been preforming, as well as examples.

Oh...things seem to be more or less safe enough, in general. But without appropriately assessing controls and variables, it is hard to come to any sort of conclusion about the city's...preferences.
