You didn't need to say it for it to be obviously implied. You must have found it justified in some sense if you did it. Honestly, I'd be happier if you didn't come back and bring down the atmosphere with your moping. I doubt anyone would miss you. Ah, except maybe that guy...

[ he knows what Crona means by "get weird" but he doesn't even want to acknowledge it as a thing, really. and Crona had no one to blame for that but himself. Izaya had no interest in terrorizing him just for the sake of it. if he followed his advice and left the shop as he said (nah, if he left Juuta alone), he'd be left alone. he doesn't care if Crona is too naive to see the kind of person Claire is, and it's as he said-- no one would believe him unless they'd seen it for themselves. and not because Claire was especially stealthy or anything but because he had a reputation not be trusted by now (at least in regards to this group of peoples' standards). ]

[ he's not looking to pick a fight right now-- if he honestly was, he wouldn't accept that dismissal. now that he knows he's Claire's friend, antagonizing him for his own benefit (for selfishly making himself feel better by accusing Crona of the same....) seemed to be out.
and yeah, as far as Juuta and he are concerned, awkward is not the half of it. you dress up in drag for a guy that's not interested in you and force makeouts on him and things are bound to get awkward. though maybe it had to get that ridiculous to get to where it is now, which is more or less, reluctantly (on Izaya's part) awkward friends. ]

Like I said, if you really don't want to, I don't think anyone's making you but I've learned it's just not a good idea to disobey him if it's not too much of a hassle to do what he says. And yeah, Kid-kun should be there, unless he decides not to show for some reason.
