[Hit the beach at sunrise. Find a good spot near the treeline. Warm-up.
Leap back. Charge forward. Rapid punching. Dodge. Flurry of high and low kicks. Forearms up, block, sweep the leg. Duck, then hook to the jaw. Elbow to torso. Fake a ki blast. Spring back, fall into stance. Re-engage.
This has been Trunks' morning routine for a few days now, after that weird dream. He'd woken up angry, disturbed (frightened) by something he could barely remember, but once the last dregs of sleep melted away all he could think of was how he needed to be stronger, better, surer, ready.
As driven as he is, however, he still needs a break. After catching his breath, Trunks ducks out of the almost-noon sun, and strips down to his namesake. It takes him a little longer than usual; thanks to magic most of his clothes now weigh several kilos each, and they hit the sand like rocks instead of wet cloth.
He pulls out his Seal from his trunks, and wipes some of the perspiration off before beginning transmission.]

I'm looking for a sparring partner. Someone proficient in martial arts or unarmed combat, and who's stronger and faster than the average adult human. Knowing how to use energy blasts in a fight would be good. Swordsmanship skills aren't necessary, but they'd be much appreciated. I don't have any currency, but I can offer you a free meal and some exercise. Just respond to this message or come to the beach right now if you're interested.
[And, as an afterthought:] Has anyone else received a black bean? If so, have you tried using it yet?
