Brushstroke 02 [Action]
[It's been sitting there for several days, but Chibiterasu has finally decided to do something with the bean that showed up on his snout a couple mornings ago.]
[There is one advantage, he supposes, of living in a mushroom: it means there's plenty of earth around to plant stuff in. Not that he really needs to plant it, him being a god and all, he could just set it down and make it grow, but there's something about this one that makes him want to do it the right way. Well, mostly the right way. He might need to Waterspout the water over to keep it wet, since he doesn't have hands or anything.]
[Either way, he spends the first few minutes this afternoon digging a tiny hole and dropping the tiny red thing into it. He has to concentrate on pulling water from inside the house to out here--it's really hard when he can't see what he's working with--but soon enough the tiny thing is watered and he walks away with a huff.]
[It didn't even smell good! And he'd had it in his mouth when he was planting it. It tasted nasty too. But hopefully whatever it grew into would be worth it...]
[He pads out into the city now. He's been here for almost a month, but it feels like he barely knows the layout. He might as well explore some more. And maybe he'll get to meet some more people! Maybe he'll even see Mommy again!]
[That thought gives him pause. He hasn't seen her in all this time... Is she still around? He hopes she is...]
[But somehow the light of the sun doesn't seem quite so warm any more...]
