[He walks up to the corner Jack's sleeping in, hot coffee in hand, but doesn't wake him up immediately. With their accommodations being relatively safe and ridiculously comfortable as they are, it's a bit difficult to imagine why a person would be sleeping out here.

Once he's sure it's a someone rather than a something, he lightly shakes the sleeping man's shoulder.]

[He's halfway through a breath when he's woken up, making a sound between a gasp and a snort. Jack looks up at the man and tries to focus (not very successfully), sitting up just enough to not let himself remain too relaxed in the presence of the other man.]

Nice of you to notice.

[Oh. Well, okay....]

Shouldn't you be at your accommodations, sir? They've got to be more comfortable...

I couldn't care less. [And that's that.]

I'd like you to leave me alone, now.

Sir, you can't - [Well, no, actually he could, seeing as there aren't any rules against it. But...]

It can't be healthy for anyone to stay outside like this.

If the reason you're sleeping outside involves a possible threat to everyone, then Law Enforcement may have to deal with it, sir.

[He's kinda surprised at how fast he came up with that. Not that it's untrue, though...]

[He goes quiet for a moment.]

There is no threat.

[He gives the man a long, searching look before replying.]

Are you sure, sir?

Yes, I'm sure. Am I allowed to be alone now?
