[Xanxus seems to have made himself comfortable in the clinic. He's he had to steal a whole bunch of pillows and pull two of the beds together so that he has ample room but he is now marginally content with the setup. [Xanxus's initial reaction to the idea of living with Tsuna is some sort of unintelligible noise of rage, though that quickly changes to a smug grin as he realizes this just makes the task of making it so Tsuna doesn't live anywhere at all more convenient. Or at the very least tormenting him as much as humanly possible.]
