[Hello again, Splendor. If you've been wondering what a certain not!Princess has been up to besides keeping an eye out for Sora, it's this. She's found some of those bubbles. And is having a lot of fun popping them and laughing, enjoying herself, not caring or thinking on cleaning herself and her clothes from the paint later ( Read more... )

Thanks! You're pretty colourful yourself! [She exclaims with a laugh, too caught up in the moment to think about how to clean herself later.]

This place is like some kind of wacky kids' paradise.

[RAKI INCLUDES HIMSELF AS A KID. His childhood was pretty crap, he will milk this for all it's worth.

Starting right now by chasing Rapunzel and popping a big green bubble right over their heads.]

--Ahahaha!

I know, it's incredible! [She does wish she had helped find Sora in time for this, but. Alas. No luck yet. She hadn't heard from Kairi in a bit either. Rapunzel laughs though, as the green paint splatters her hair and shirt.]

[Raki now has a nice big green dollop sliding right down his nose as he watches it with a cross-eyed grin.]

I feel like there oughta be some kinda competition for this somehow. Bubble-popping contest, who can get the most paint on 'em!

Not that I eat goat but.... seethelanterns May 9 2011, 23:23:38 UTC
That would be interesting... [She agrees, pondering this as she notices the paint at his nose and laughs.]

It's always good to try new things, right? keeps_strange May 9 2011, 23:26:40 UTC
I wonder how long these things'll be around for, maybe we could arrange something. I bet the kids would love it, too.

[He wipes the paint with his sleeve and succeeds in giving himself some lopsided warpaint-y smears. GOSH RAKI WHAT ARE YOU, NINE?]

This is true. seethelanterns May 9 2011, 23:34:23 UTC
I'm not sure, I think it varies...but it would be nice if we could arrange something, especially for the kids.

[Poor Sora. But she does give a small smile in amusement as Raki smears the paint across his face.]

'Course, it could be tricky to organise since the bubbles are kinda...well, random. Unless--!

[Raki stops his bubble-popping missions as he remembers something.]

--Maybe we can do it later on anyway! Making bubble-blowing wands isn't so hard, and it's fun too. If we could figure out a way to add the paint, we could do this any time.

[It's trekking on towards summertime; surely there ought to be a festival or something soon?]

O-oh, really? That would be fun! [Rapunzel is so excited for this idea!] I have plenty of paint!

Heh, all right! Then we should make this happen.

[--AH. Maybe it would help if they knew who the other was? Raki extends a paint-covered hand for shaking as he belatedly introduces himself.]

I'm Raki, by the way. I guess it would'a been more polite to introduce myself before I got paint all on you, huh?

Yes! [Rapunzel nearly bounds in circles in excitement, before Raki offers his hand and she laughs, taking it in her own.] Rapunzel. Nice to meet you, Raki.

[He grins easily and gives her a firm handshake before reaching up to brush a blob of paint from her hair.]

I wonder who we gotta talk to 'round here to organise a fair...

[A small apologetic smile at that before she laughs lightly.]

I'm not sure. The Locals don't seem to pay us too much attention, so maybe if we make up a poster for the noticeboard?
