How delightful! It is just like the Tamaranean festival of Gloc'Rol! It is a joyous celebration where small children practice their ability to maneuver while airborne and catch delicious treats!

[Kaldur appears just a tad bemused. He suppose at least someone is enjoying the bubbles...although her attitude reminds him a little of M'gann, she had seemed excited about them as well...though perhaps for different reasons.]

I do not believe the bubbles are to eat. You seem to be enjoying them though.

Apparently this place grants wishes. I would not have believed it myself had I not seen it happen with one of my friends.
