An odd night in Splendor [action]
[Are you out and about in the Metropolis District? If you are, you're probably used to the Locals ghosting around quietly, not a word being said or a glance being sent your way, as usual. However, there's something...different. An odd feeling in the air.
And then you notice it. You glance at a Local walking past and something makes you stop. If you turn around, you'll see it. Amongst all the other Locals there are just a few wandering around tonight that look...off. In fact, some of them look like they don't belong in this district at all...and that's certainly not right, is it?
So, will curiosity get the best of you tonight, new Splendor resident? Will you choose to follow the oddly dressed woman stepping lightly into the Library - the one with quite the curious smile on her lips? Or perhaps you'll spy on the one dressed in white, with cold seemingly following her about? What about the young child weaving their way through the streets, papers clutched in his arms?
Or perhaps you'll just stare, whispering to your fellow outsiders about these new oddities. The choice is yours.]
