[Welp. Rolo had been planning on paying the city's library a visit -- he'd heard about locals being particularly fond of that vicinity, and he's quite interested in the locals-nobody-knows-much-about. Perhaps he could even do some reasearchan' at said library. In any case, he can do things without your help Lelouch, 'kaythx.
He's ... noticed quite the influx of newcomers, being in the Metropolis District and all -- but he's decided to ultimately place his trust in this world's judgment of selection for now, seeing as it had so conveniently removed Nunnally.
Newcomers tend to remind him of his first interaction with the city -- and thinking of that, he realizes he does have another query for the people... Taking into consideration his plans for the day, it might be best he ask this. Hey, maybe he'd even get lucky with one of the newcomers on this ... though he highly doubts it.
